As a reminder, please be advised that the GALAX-C® Electronic Handheld units (“handheld”) provided for use on the trading floors to access various products trading on CME Globex are for member use only. Under the terms of the handheld program, members must submit an application for approval prior to operating a handheld. Once approved, the handheld may be used only by the member to whom it has been allocated. Accordingly, all non-member employees remain prohibited from operating a handheld. Violation of this prohibition may result in disciplinary action against the non-member and/or the non-member’s employer.
